Body Scrub
The first step in the body care stage is to use a body scrub. The function of body scrub is to exfoliate the skin. Choose a body scrub that contains glycolic and lactic acid to encourage skin cell regeneration, even out skin tone, and shrink pores. By using a body scrub twice a week regularly, dead skin cells and uneven skin texture can be resolved. The use of body scrubs that are too frequent is not recommended, because it can erode the skin’s natural moisture and thin the skin barrier
2. Body Wash
Body wash or body soap is a product that is used daily for bathing. This product can cleanse the body of sweat and adhering dirt. In addition, body wash also has benefits to soften and brighten the skin.
Body Wash is used after the body scrub to remove the remaining residue of the product and dead skin cells that are on your skin.
3. Body Toner
Body toner is used before applying lotion or serum on the skin so that the absorption of nutrients can be maximized.
Body toner is now one of the trends among skin care lovers. Body toner has the same function as face toner, which moisturizes the skin after a bathing ritual.
4. Body Lotion

7. Body Serum
Body serum products contain a more concentrated formula and have many active ingredients such as vitamin C, AHA, or hyaluronic acid. Body serum is useful for treating the skin directly to the root of the problem, namely dry, dull, rough skin, and much more.
The advantage of body serum is its liquid texture so that it can be absorbed by the skin faster, not sticky, and not greasy. You can use body serum for more optimal healthy skin results.
8. Sunscreen
Sunscreen is a very important stage of body care, especially if you do a lot of outdoor activities. This is because sunscreen protects the skin from the dangers of sunlight that can trigger the emergence of serious skin problems such as cancer.
Make sure the sunscreen has an SPF content of at least 30 with PA ++ to protect the skin from UVA and UVB rays. Repeat the use of sunscreen every 2 hours as long as you are still outdoors.
